The Architectural Review Board will meet on Thursday, March 31 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall for a final review of the Carpinteria Skate Park and a preliminary review of a new segment of the Coastal Vista Trail. - Carpinteria Skate Park: Final review of a proposal to construct a new public skate park facility of approximately 36,500 square feet at 5775 Carpinteria Ave. (See plan above)
- Coastal Vista Trail: Preliminary review of a proposal for a new segment of the Coastal Vista Trail along the southern side of the S&S Seeds property, 6155 Carpinteria Ave. The proposed trail segment would be approximately 500-feet long and 10-feet wide. The project includes the removal of a 3,400 square-foot building, old asphalt and old concrete paving.
