Responses to comments on Draft EIR (Appendix M)

On Monday, September 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM, the Planning Commission will consider
Project 23-2254-DP/CUP/CDP for:

• Approval of a Development Plan (DP), Conditional Use Permit (CUP), and Coastal Development Permit (CDP) for a new 36-room hotel at 499 Linden Avenue (City Parking Lot #3), a reconfiguration of the remainder of City Parking Lot #3, and construction of a new surface public parking lot (Lot #4); and
• To certify the Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse No. 2025051396) pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.

The hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers. The agenda and associated staff report will be available HERE no later than Thursday, September 17, 2026.
