On September 21, 2026, the Planning Commission conducted and closed the public hearing on the following item at a Special Planning Commission Meeting:

After receiving oral and written public comments, the Planning Commission unanimously passed an order of continuance in accordance with Government Code sections 54955 and 54955.1.

Pursuant to the order of continuance, the Planning Commission will reconvene to deliberate and consider the above referenced item at its next regular meeting scheduled for 5:30 PM on October 5, 2026 in City Council Chambers at City Hall (5775 Carpinteria Ave) or accessible via Zoom (details to be provided on agenda).
