Notice: Public Works Permit Application Submission Update

Effective immediately, the City of Carpinteria Public Works Department will no longer accept permit applications submitted by email, with the exception of Special Event Permit applications.

The Department has transitioned to GovWell, an online Permit Management System. All Public Works permit applications, except for Special Event Permits, must be submitted through the online City of Carpinteria Public Works Permit Portal: Public Works/Engineering | GovWell

Thank you for your cooperation as we transition to this new system, which provides a more efficient and streamlined permit application process.
