Permits, Applications & Development Fees

The City’s Community Development Department (CDD) provides planning, development review, permit issuance, animal care and control, as well as code compliance services to the community.

Many of the City’s planning related forms are available on-line (see below) and can be completed electronically. Click on the appropriate form, then type directly into the document and/or save the file to your local computer (click “FILE”, “SAVE AS”). Please sign where appropriate.
