A final review of the Linden Adaptive Reuse Project, located at 700 Linden Ave., is scheduled for the Architectural Review Board on Thursday, June 30 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Ave. The project involves remodeling and reconfiguring the existing buildings on the property to create a multi-tenant retail, restaurant and office development with a central outdoor plaza. The project includes a new second floor addition comprised of 2,443 square feet of office suites, a 614 square foot bar, and 2,887 square feet of rooftop deck/patio areas. A 20-space surface parking lot is proposed for the rear of the property, accessed from Cactus Lane.
