This weekend’s regularly scheduled ABOP (Antifreeze, Batteries, Oil, Paint) Collection event has been canceled due to forecast storms. It is critical that the City’s Public Works staff is available for any incidents that arise due to additional rainfall in areas with saturated soils. Our next ABOP Collection will be held on Jan. 28, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Ave.
