Carpinteria Community Pool congratulates our current Standout Staff Member Alexis “Lexi” Persoon. Lexi has worked for the City since 2019 and has served in various roles such as CAC swim coach, junior lifeguard instructor, and pool and beach lifeguard. Lexi is very motivated; she grew up in our aquatic programs and is very passionate about making them great for all residents and visitors to enjoy. Her co-workers describe her as reliable, organized and always willing to help. They also agree that she is an amazing baker! In her free time Lexi enjoys swimming, visiting the beach and being outdoors snow skiing or hiking. Lexi plans to be a teacher once she gets through school. For now, she loves being a part of the services we provide to Carpinterians through our Swim and Junior Lifeguard programs.
