The City of Carpinteria has officially completed the transfer of ownership of the Rincon Gateway property from the Land Trust for Santa Barbara County.
This 2.48-acre coastal property was protected through an incredible partnership between the Land Trust, the La Centra-Sumerlin Foundation, Citizens for the Carpinteria Bluffs, and the community. Together, they ensured this beautiful piece of coastline will remain protected open space.
