Evacuation orders for Santa Barbara County were lifted today, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m. Persistent road closures, however, may challenge travel back into evacuated areas, and evacuees should consider this before returning home. Southbound Highway 101 has reopened fully between Santa Barbara and Ventura, but northbound 101 remains closed from Highway 33 through Santa Claus Lane.
