The City of Carpinteria’s Senior Lecture Series continues this Thursday, June 27, with a presentation on “AUD Do’s and Don’ts.” Syndi Souter, Senior Planner for the City of Carpinteria, will provide the A to Z on Accessory Dwelling Units. She will walk her audience through expected timelines, permitting process and estimated fees. Additionally, she’ll introduce the City’s two prototype plans. The free presentation will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Carpinteria Veterans Hall, 941 Walnut Ave.
