A Special Joint City Council & Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Monday, Dec. 4 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Ave. The Council and Commission will hear a report on on implementation of California Housing laws in the Coastal Zone. Staff will present on the California Density Bonus Law, the Housing Accountability Act and the California Coastal Act.
