The City of Carpinteria Aquatics Team congratulates Zaiden Juarez for being our Standout Staff Member for the month of August. Zaiden started working with the City this summer as a cashier. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and mountain biking. He learned how to swim at Carpinteria Community Pool and was a Carpinteria Junior Lifeguard. Zaiden’s favorite part of working at the pool is the friendly environment and positive team. He has lived in Carpinteria his whole life and he has five siblings. Zaiden will start school this year at U.C. Davis where he will be studying agriculture.
