Conceptual Review Scheduled for Mixed-Use Proposal

The City Council, Planning Commission and Architectural Review Board will meet on Monday, Dec. 19 at 5:30 p.m. to conceptually review a mixed-use commercial/residential development on a 0.87-acre lot located at 4745 Carpinteria Ave. The proposal would result in the redevelopment of the property currently occupied by Sun Coast Rentals into a new three-story mixed use development with commercial and residential units.
