The City’s Community Development Department (CDD) provides planning, development review, permit issuance, animal care and control, as well as code compliance services to the community.
Many of the City’s planning related forms are available on-line (see below) and can be completed electronically. Click on the appropriate form, then type directly into the document and/or save the file to your local computer (click “FILE”, “SAVE AS”). Please sign where appropriate. Contact the Community Development Department for application submittal options.
City Hall will be closed from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026, in observance of the holidays. This includes closure of the public counter. Normal operations will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.
