City Council to meet July 24

The Carpinteria City Council will hold its next regular meeting on Monday, July 24 at 5:30 p.m. Members of the public may attend the meeting at City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Ave., or view the meeting live at https://carpinteriaca.gov/, on Government Access Television Channel 21 or by logging into the Zoom webinar.

  • Proclamation congratulating Matt Roberts on his retirement and commending and thanking him for 36 years of loyal and dedicated service to the City of Carpinteria.
  • Proclamation congratulating Steve Goggia on his retirement and commending and thanking him for 18 years of loyal and dedicated service to the City of Carpinteria.
  • Code Compliance Quarterly Report for Q2 of 2023.
  • Review of home sales prices and adjustment of the 2023 in-lieu affordable housing fee, Inclusionary Housing Requirement, and consideration of adjusting the 2023 affordable housing in-lieu fees for condominiums and single-family dwellings.
