Carpinteria Children’s Project will host Afternoon with the Abuelos on Saturday, April 29 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CCP auditorium, 5201 8th Street. Afternoon with the Abuelos is a bilingual, intergenerational event for kids and older adults to talk about the joys of aging, work on a collaborative activity, share stories of growing up then and now, and enjoy lunch and laughs! This event is in partnership with Storyteller Children’s Center, Friendship Center and The Journey to Wellness Workshops. Register for the event HERE.
