Our Community Development Department planners Mindy Fogg, Syndi Souter, Marysol Smith and Megan Musolf recently represented the City of Carpinteria at the 2025 Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP) CA State Conference in Oxnard. Our team gained valuable insights on CEQA best practices, legal updates and innovations.
