Join us for Dog Day Afternoon

At the second annual Dog Day Afternoon event, attendees will be encouraged to review preliminary plans for a permanent Monte Vista Dog Park and weigh in on which plans they prefer. And that’s just the beginning! The event on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. will include free hot dogs (starting at noon), chances for pooch play, and the opportunity to have your dog photographed for Robin Karlsson’s upcoming book, “The Dogs of Monte Vista Park.” The Dog Day Afternoon is free and co-hosted by Carpinteria Dog Owners Group (C-DOG).
