The City of Carpinteria’s draft Dune and Shoreline Management Plan is now available for review at https://bit.ly/DraftDunePlan, and a public workshop to discuss the plan will be held on Thursday, Jan. 13 at 5:30 p.m. Protecting public and private properties from sea level rise is the aim of the Dune and Shoreline Management Plan. Several public workshops have been held throughout the process of developing the draft plan to provide regular updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
