This Human Resources Administrator provides coordination of the risk management, recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation of employees within the City. Additionally, Human Resources provides coordination of compensation and employee benefit programs; employer-employee labor negotiations, implementation of the City’s personnel management goals and objectives and implementing new personnel policies and procedures as required by Federal and State regulations.
