The Carpinteria Architectural Review Board will hold its next regular meeting on Thursday, Aug. 17 at 5:30 p.m. The board will hold an in-progress preliminary review of a request for a two-phase solar panel installation project at Sandpiper Mobile Home Park and a preliminary review of a proposal for a new two-story single-family residence on Calle Arena.
