The Carpinteria City Council will hold its next regular meeting on Monday, Sept. 8 at 5:30 p.m. Members of the public may attend the meeting at City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Ave., or view the meeting live at https://carpinteriaca.gov/, on Government Access Television Channel 21 or by logging into the Zoom webinar.

- A proclamation declaring Sept. 15 – Oct. 15, 2025 as Hispanic Heritage Month in the City of Carpinteria.
- A proclamation proclaiming September 2025 as Suicide Prevention Month in the City of Carpinteria.
- A proclamation designating the week of September 8 – 14, 2025 as Celebrate Community Week in the City of Carpinteria.
- Library Board of Trustees Meeting, which includes a presentation of the Library Strategic and Operating Plan.
- Third Amendment to the Cooperative Agreement with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments for Carpinteria Circulation Improvements Funds.
- Approval of the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Community Services Support Grant Program Funding Recommendations.
- Approval of a Special Event Permit Application for the 2025 California Avocado Festival, Oct. 3 – 5, 2025.
- Response to the 2025 Santa Barbara County Civil Grand Jury Report, “Santa Barbara South Coast Housing Crisis: A Call to Action.”
