- A Proclamation Proclaiming Tuesday, August 5, 2025 as “National Night Out” in the City of Carpinteria.
- Introduction of new employee: Ryan Ayerle, Public Works Manager.
- Annual review of Fire Protection Mitigation Fee Program.
- Formation of an ad hoc committee to advise on the City of Carpinteria’s response to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity.
- Support for pending state and federal legislation promoting law enforcement transparency and accountability.
- Code Compliance Quarterly Report Q2, 2025.
- Fourth Quarter Department Reports for the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Budget.
- Presentation of the Final Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2025 – 2027.
- Report on local State of the City format.
- Consider authorizing the execution of a revised Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City of Carpinteria and the Santa Barbara County Office of Emergency Management regarding the activation of the ReadySBC alerts system, as well as the City’s access to and use of Genasys, Emergency Zone Mapping Solution. This MOA is being brought back to Council due to recent changes made to the original agreement.
- Designation of Voting Delegate and Alternate for the League of California Cities 2025 Annual Conference and Expo.
- Consideration of policy establishing a process for determining which members of the City Council should have priority for attending events subject to the Brown Act.
