Carpinteria has a dog park, and we’re ready to celebrate! Join us on Saturday, April 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for The Dog Day Afternoon, an event to officially open the new dog park at Monte Vista Park. We’ll kick things off with a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m., which will be followed at noon with a hotdog lunch provided by C-DOG while supplies last. Parking is limited at Monte Vista Park, which is located on the north end of Bailard Avenue. Please consider carpooling. Furry friends are welcome!
