The City has started transitioning to the new CivicPlus platform. All materials for meetings held before February 1, 2026 continue to be fully accessible through the former agenda management system.
The first meeting available through the new system will be the Planning Commission meeting on February 2, 2026, with all new public meeting materials posted via CivicPlus. During the transition period from February through April 2026, City staff will be transferring existing meeting materials from City Council, Planning Commission, Architectural Review Board, and General Plan Update Committee Meetings from the former agenda platform to the new agenda management system.
The previous system will remain accessible on the City website through April 26, 2026, allowing the public to reference past agendas and documents during this time. After April 26, 2026, the new agenda management system can be utilized to reference past agendas and documents.
