Welcome to the Risk Management Program

Our core mission is to protect the City of Carpinteria’s community, employees, and public resources from loss. We manage the City’s insurance programs, handle public claims, promote a safe work environment for our staff, and ensure public compliance with ADA and Title VI. We are proactive partners in keeping Carpinteria a safe, accessible, and resilient place to live and work.
