ABOP Disposal Program: Sept. 10 & 24

Have you been looking at that can of old paint in the garage and wondering how to get rid of it? ABOP is the answer! The City of Carpinteria holds its free ABOP Disposal Program twice a month, and this month’s are scheduled for Sept. 10 and 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ABOP stands for Antifreeze, Batteries, Oil and Paint because those are among the materials accepted. Please read the graphic attached for additional details on what else we accept and how much of each material we accept.
