The Architectural Review Board will hold a preliminary review for a proposal for the Lagunitas Apartments & Mixed-Use Project on Thursday, April 11 at 5:30 p.m. The proposal includes a 159-unit apartment complex, a 2,224-square-foot market/café, one 3,829-square-foot R&D office space, one 2,889-square-foot R&D office space, 301 parking spaces (196 surface spaces and 105 underground spaces), and associated hardscape/landscaping and site improvements. The property is an 8.63-acre parcel zoned Industrial /Research Park (M-RP) and addressed as 6380 Via Real.
